Captain Dan
Captain Dan has been saltwater guiding since the age of 17 and has been hooked on fishing for as long as he can remember. After picking up his first rod at just four years old, he knew early on that fishing would always be a big part of his life — and by the age of 10, he had already decided he would become a fishing guide.
Today, Dan has turned that lifelong passion into a career, sharing his knowledge and love of the water with anglers of all experience levels. His enthusiasm, patience, and deep understanding of local waters help create memorable and successful days on the water for every guest.
When he’s not guiding, Dan can usually be found spending time with his family, hiking, camping, hunting, staying active through fitness and nutrition, or pursuing his next great passion — cooking.

Captain Zane
Captain Zane is a true veteran among West Coast fishing guides. Originally from Ontario, Zane made the move west and has since built more than 20 years of freshwater and saltwater guiding experience on the Pacific Coast. His broad background gives him a deep understanding of fish behaviour, seasonal patterns, and changing conditions across a wide range of environments.
Known for his calm, knowledgeable approach and strong attention to detail, Zane is a trusted guide for anglers of all experience levels. Whether targeting salmon close to shore or heading offshore for halibut, his focus on safety, preparation, and consistent success helps ensure productive and enjoyable days on the water.
When he’s not guiding, Zane enjoys travelling with his family, mycology, and cooking, and is always curious to explore new places and learn more about the natural world.
